By accessing or using notif.ml (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

notif.ml provides a developer-first API to send WhatsApp and SMS notifications. The Service depends on your own connected numbers/devices and the underlying SMSV infrastructure.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• You must protect your credentials and API keys.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and messaging platform policies. You must not:

• Send unsolicited messages (spam).
• Send illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Impersonate others or violate intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to bypass security or abuse the platform.
• Collect or process personal data without proper consent.

5. Opt-in / consent

You are responsible for obtaining explicit consent from recipients before sending marketing messages. Violations may result in suspension or termination.

6. Billing

The Service may be offered under subscription plans. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

7. Availability & limitations

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or message delivery, which can depend on third-party providers and your connected devices.
